*Overview* We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to negotiate effectively and develop new business opportunities. This role involves outside sales, where you will engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, as it will enable you to connect with a broader customer base. *Responsibilities* * Analyze market trends and identify potential sales opportunities to drive growth. * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and account management. * Conduct outside sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking to generate new leads. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. * Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage accounts, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics. * Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with client needs and market demands. * Provide feedback on market conditions, product performance, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions. *Experience* * Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in an outside sales role. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. * Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies. * Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is highly desirable. * Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required; candidates who can communicate effectively in both English ,Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French,and Arabic will have an advantage.
