*\*\*WORK SCHEDULE IS FROM TUESDAY TO SATURADAY WITH FULL TIME HOURS*
*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a New Car Delivery Specialist, you will be the last point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or issues. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has excellent communication and organizational skills.
*Responsibilities*
* Ensure that all vehicles ready for delivery has been properly detailed, licensed, fueled etc? prior to the delivery time.
* Work with the sales team to ensure that all accessories and add-ons have been properly installed or provided in the vehicle.
* Review the customer?s past vehicle purchase history in order to tailor the delivery.
* Provide the customer with a re-delivery experience should they wish at another convenient time and location.
* Ensure that all paperwork needing to be completed is prepared for the customer prior to delivery and that all documents needing to be given are present.
* Perform a dealership orientation (tour) for each customer and book their first appointment.
* Collect all customer information that may be missing and obtain privacy act documents.
* Set up technology features on the vehicle such as navigation, cell phone, garage openers, seats etc?
* Keep up to date with new vehicle technologies
* Educated customers about CSI
* Take pictures of each customer delivery
* Other duties as assigned
* Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
*Requirements*
* Valid driver?s license is required
* Fluent in French and English is required
* OMVIC license is an asset
* Excellent communication skills in English and French, both verbal and written
* Strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional service
* Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
* Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell products or services
* Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred
* Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional phone mannerisms
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Comfortable working in a fast pace environment and as a team
* Resourceful and self-sufficient
* Attention to detail
