The Daryl King Team is seeking a *skilled and experienced Real Estate Deals Secretary* to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will manage the entire transaction process with precision and efficiency, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and agents. As a key member of our team, your expertise will be instrumental in facilitating smooth real estate deals and driving the continued success and growth of our industry-leading organization.
*Responsibilities:*
* Execute real estate deal transactions, manage trade sheets and settle contracts.
* Monitor and update real estate processes to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
* Handle communications with realtors, branch managers, administrators, legal professionals, and other brokerages regarding potential issues, required documents, closings, and more.
* Collaborate with leadership, realtors, outside parties, and support personnel to resolve unresolved issues, including commission payments.
* Input all deal-related information into required systems.
* Manage incoming calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
* Respond to incoming emails promptly and professionally.
* Process bi-weekly payroll for all staff members.
* Review invoices ensuring appropriate approvals & on-time payouts
* Monthly Reporting, i.e., pending trades, closed, etc.
*Qualifications:*
* At least 2 years of experience in real estate accounting and deal administration.
* Professional and pleasant demeanor with excellent organizational skills.
* Proven ability to complete tasks quickly and effectively.
* Proficiency in real estate software, including Lone Wolf, Skyslope, and BrokerBay.
* Thorough knowledge of general real estate back-office operations, including managing and verifying paperwork associated with property transactions.
* Strong data entry skills with great attention to detail.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to determine solutions to common problems independently and analyze complex scenarios effectively.
* Comprehensive understanding of real estate deal processing and closing procedures, including transaction setup and commission calculations.
