Allow our well trained team to focus on treatment planning with the dentist so you have the time to focus on planning, communicating, and performing periodontal therapy with your patients. Our excellent Dental Assistants and Admin will support you and work closely with you to coordinate care for your patients. Our office is a vibrant, hygiene-focused practice that prioritizes comprehensive care across both restorative and hygiene services. Here, you?re empowered to take the time you need with each patient, allowing for truly personalized care. You have the flexibility to manage your own schedule, moving away from the standard one-hour model to a patient needs model to ensure quality over quantity and an exceptional experience for each patient. *Why Lumos Dental?* * *Fully digital, progressive office.* * *Voice-activated perio charting: Florida Probe VoiceWorks* * *GBT / Air Polishing:* will be incorporated in the next 6 months and you will receive dedicated training so you can implement this latest periodontal therapy approach * *Fully enclosed private treatment suites with large screens so you can review perio charting, educate your patient and plan their periodontal therapy* * *Health Spending Account* * *Dental Benefits* * *Excellent Full Time Schedule:* Mondays (2/month) 9am-5pm, Tuesdays 9am-5pm, Wednesdays 11am-7pm, Thursdays 11am-7pm, Fridays 9am-4pm, and Saturdays (2/month) 9am-4pm. - We don?t work on long weekends and set up our schedule in advance with balance in mind to meet patient scheduling needs while still having a nice, well-balanced variety for ourselves. * *Supportive Team Environment:* At Lumos, we believe in continuous growth, team collaboration, and building lasting relationships with our patients and each other.
