Buffalo Trail Public Schools is committed to maximizing student learning in a safe and caring environment supported by a highly effective team. <p>Buffalo Trail Public Schools (BTPS) is actively looking for casual educational assistants across the School Division, including Hutterite Colony Schools to join our amazing team for the 2024-2025 school year.<p>Casual Educational Assistant (EA) applicants m ust provide the following documents/forms below: <p> <p><p> Cover Letter <p> Resume <p> 3 Professional references : these must be inputted into your applicant profile with Apply to Education including email addresses (references will be contacted via email).<p> Casual Employee Form with VOID personal cheque or banking information <p> School Listing Form : must have at least one school selected<p> Compuer Use Agreement Form <p> Educational Assistant Job Descripton <p> Declaration of Criminal Offence(s) <p> 303BP Use of Division-Owned Technology: For your information, not to be included<p> 304BP Personal Electronic Devices: For your information, not to be included<p> CUPE Membership <p> Memo-Union Fee: For your information, not to be included<p> Memo-Payroll Casual Run: For your information, not to be included<p> Canada Revenue Agency Federal Personal Tax Credits Return Form (TD1) <p> Alberta Personal Tax Credits Return Form (TD1AB) <p><p>Documents must be completly filled in. For example, you will be asked for your SIN on the meployee form and you must fill it in on both the tax forms. <p>Upload the mandatory documents in the proper sections and the rest of the documents requried please upload into the additional documents section.<p>You will be contacted at your email address with an approval letter when approval has been given to be a casual educational assistant with the School Division.<p>Closing: <p>You may go to the individual BTPS schools that you are interested in being a casual EA at to introduce yourself and meet the principal after August 26th.<p>Applications must be submitted online, via Apply to Education.
