Job details
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: All weather conditions. Work setting: Apartment/condominium complex. Tasks: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. Work with minimal supervision. Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate. First Aid Certificate. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
