*Job Summary* GlassCo is fast growing auto glass company with multiple locations and we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. *Responsibilities* * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. * Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies. * Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products. * Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records. * Utilize effective phone etiquette to create a positive experience for customers. * Upsell additional products or services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues. * Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed satisfactorily. *Skills* * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus (especially Mandarin). * Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively. * Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. * Demonstrated phone etiquette and professionalism in all interactions. * Experience in sales or upselling techniques is preferred. * Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.75-$25.00 per hour Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Commission pay Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Education: * Doctoral Degree (preferred) Experience: * Sales: 1 year (preferred) * Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Language: * Mandarin (required) Work Location: In person- LocationRichmond, BC
