The ideal candidate will have expertise in forming, pouring, and finishing concrete with precision and efficiency, ensuring all work meets industry standards and project requirements.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Forming:</strong> Build and set up concrete forms accurately for foundations, walls, driveways, patios, and other structures.</li><li><strong>Pouring:</strong> Efficiently manage concrete pours, ensuring the correct consistency, placement, and overall quality.</li><li><strong>Finishing:</strong> Skillfully finish concrete surfaces, including smoothing, edging, and applying any necessary textures.</li><li><strong>Quality Control:</strong> Inspect completed work to ensure it meets high standards of accuracy and durability.</li><li><strong>Team Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with other crew members and supervisors to meet project timelines and goals.</li><li><strong>Safety Compliance:</strong> Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines on job sites.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in forming, pouring, and finishing concrete.</li><li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Knowledge of concrete materials, tools, and machinery.
