We are looking for both new and experienced individuals who are looking to build a career in our industry.</p><p><strong>Job type:</strong> Full Time positions</p><p><strong>Compensation:</strong> Starting wages may begin at $26/Hr or more depending on experience. We offer overtime wages and other wage incentives when applicable.</p><p><strong>Opportunity: </strong>With our growing teams, we are looking for individuals who are motivated to complete projects on time without compromise to safety or quality standards. Team members who are willing to take on new roles and responsibilities will be compensated with annual bonuses and wage increases.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities: (Not limited to)</strong></p><p>• Concrete grinding and surface preparation</p><p>• Pressure washing</p><p>• General clean up</p><p>• Tile installation</p><p>• Concrete drilling</p><p>• Handling of heavy materials</p><p>• Comfortable using hand tools</p><p>• Comfortable with assisting in heavy machinery with training</p><p>• Comfortable being around trains and other heavy machinery</p><p>• Working with team members in a professional manner</p><p>• Adhering to all safety standards required</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday to Friday. 8 Hours +. Occasional weekend work. </p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>• 5+ years Carpentry experience (preferred not mandatory)</p><p>• Fluent in English</p><p>• Ability to get to job sites is needed</p><p>• Good physical stamina</p><p>• Ability to work well with others with a positive attitude</p><p>• A desire to learn and take direction from team leads</p><p>• Willingness to learn and be flexible with changing environments</p><p><strong>Safety: </strong>Our installations teams work on a variety of sites that sometimes are around live train access. All training necessary to work in these environments will be provided by Kinesik and paid for. Wearing PPE always is required with the nature of our work. Keeping our workers safe is our priority without compromise. This is also related to a positive work environment, Verbal, physical, and or emotional harassment is not tolerated on any level.</p></div></div>- LocationMontréal, QC
