<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Manufacturing enterprise in St-Eustache is looking for an accounting associate to complete the administrative team.<br><br><span class="long-word">DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:</span><br />? Generate invoices.<br />? Accounts receiveable entries.<br />? Payment follow-ups and proceed with collection if past due.<br />? Inventory management (receiving, adjustments, costing, adjustments in Excel files, etc.) and other data entry.<br />? Perform other related administrative tasks.<br />? Respond to customer inquiries, maintain customer relations and resolve problems.<br />? Maintains customer file information.<br />? Work to continuously improve internal procedures.</p><p>EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:<br />? DEP, DEC or AEC in accounting<br />? At least 2 years' experience in a similar position<br />? Good Spoken and written French; intermediate level of English<br />? Good understanding of accounting processes<br />? Knowledge of Acomba (asset) and strong command of Excel (great asset)<br />? Attention to detail, autonomy and resourcefulness, good organizational skills.<br />? Ability to work as part of a team and to help others.</p><p>BENEFITS :<br />?
