<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong>The general role of a Construction Project Manager with Innascore Developments Inc. is to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. Individuals in this position will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.</strong></p><p><strong>An excellent Construction Project Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies, processes and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results<br />The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind, strong leadership and great organizational skills.</strong></p><p><strong>The goal of the Construction Project Manager is to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.</strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients and consultants to determine the specifications of the project (during pre-construction and construction processes)</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Negotiate and write contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Maintain hiring, firing and supervision of all staff, contractors, vendors or suppliers, as directed or allowed by management</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Plan, schedule, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Set goals and objectives in order to achieve project deliverables, from a safety, schedule and budget perspective </strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Develop and implement quality control programs</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Communicate with client, managers and reporting officer any updates on deliverables</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities </strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Supervise the work of laborers, trades, site teams etc. and give them guidance when needed</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Coordinate with and structure the entire site team (Site Supervisor, CSO/First Aid, Foreman, Labor, Carpentry etc.)</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Coordinate with lending institutions and Cost Consultants as necessary</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Coordinate with the office staff (Director of Construction, Project Coordinator, Bookkeeper, HR etc.) on project deliverables</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Work with other Project Managers both senior and junior by collaborating on projects, offering advice, experience and leadership skills</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Prepare, track, communicate and approve RFI's, Change Orders, Back Charges, Purchase Orders and Construction Contracts</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Review, track and distribute Shop Drawings </strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Approve / Sign-off trades invoices on a regular basis </strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Track and balance project budgets from an initial concept through to a A-level bankable budget</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Prepare and submit construction proje
