We are looking for someone with these qualities. * Good at problem solving and team coordination * Customer-focused and has great communication skills * Self-starter * Efficient, accurate, and pays great attention to detail * Tactical and effective negotiation skill RESPONSIBILITIES: * Sourcing, negotiating, and securing third- party carriers to move freight in a timely and cost-effective manner. * Liaison between customers and companies * Track loads to ensure on-time pickup and delivery requirements are met or exceeded * Collaborate and offer assistance to other team members in keeping loads on track * Assist in trouble-shooting carrier specific issues from the point of booking until completion * Assist in resolving service failures and communicate with team members and team leader * Provide and support tracking requirements for clients * Contact and maintain good relationships with carriers * Ensure all carriers are communicated with professionally * Ensure all necessary load information and updates are delivered to applicable team members * Perform related duties as assigned by Management * Deliver the logistical solutions for customers * Minimum 2 years experience in same or similar logistics role Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.50-$27.50 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * On-site parking Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday Application question(s): * Are you currently on a Work Visa?
