*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while promoting oral health. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the dental team. *Responsibilities* - Review medical histories, perform thorough periodontal examinations and provide periodontal treatments for patients of all ages. - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits. - Take digital dental radiographs (X-rays) as necessary. - Document patient treatment plans, medical histories, and any relevant information in the dental software system (experience with Paradigms preferred). -Hygienist fully responsible for her/his own instruments sterilization. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols. - Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient experience and satisfaction. *Qualifications* - Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist. -CPR certified. - Experience in a dental office setting and familiarity with medical terminology needed. - Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
