*Job Overview* Mainland Motors is a leading dealership in the automotive industry, known for providing exceptional service and quality vehicles to our customers. We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated *Subprime Finance Manager* to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about working with customers in challenging credit situations and have a proven track record of success in Prime and subprime lending, we want to hear from you!. This position requires a strong understanding of dealership finance, sales processes, and customer service, along with the ability to negotiate effectively in financial services. *Duties* * Review and analyze customer credit applications, identifying potential prime and subprime candidates. * Collaborate with sales teams to develop financing options that enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. * Work with lenders to secure financing for subprime customers, negotiating the best rates and terms. * Structure financing deals that meet customer needs and dealership profitability goals * Manage the entire loan process, from initial application through funding, ensuring smooth and timely transactions. * Provide exceptional customer service and help guide customers through the financing process. * Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure timely reporting. *Skills* * Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Subprime Finance Manager, or similar role in the automotive industry. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms for the dealership and customers. * In-depth knowledge of subprime lending, credit scoring, and loan structures.. * Ability to build and maintain relationships with lenders and customers. * Ability to work collaboratively with various departments to achieve overall business objectives. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
