At Sinai Health, we care, create possibilities and offer hope. We are looking for a Registered Practical Nurse to support our Dialysis & Renal Care department. Dialysis & Renal Care features 32 beds to support complex care patients (including tracheotomy, complex wounds, gastrostomy, colostomy, behaviors and more). This unit also provides hemodialysis pre and post care. This is a highly collaborative, supporting and welcoming environment. Nurses work closely patients and family caregivers to create a care plan tailored to each patient's needs and goals. In this specialization there's increased opportunity to become familiar with a patient and their specific routines and how they want care delivered.
