*Job Overview* For over 35 years, Village Square Dental Center has been a trusted provider of high-quality dental care to the Smithville community and the greater Niagara Region. We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate *Associate Dentist* to join our dynamic team. *Qualifications & Skills* The ideal candidate will possess the following: * DDS/DMD degree from an accredited university recognized by the RCDSO * Active membership with the ODA or CDA and a current RCDSO license to practice in Ontario * Knowledge of RCDSO guidelines, Health and Safety regulations, Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC) protocols, and other relevant standards * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong, long-term relationships with both patients and staff * A kind, compassionate approach to patient care *Hours of Operation* * Mondays: 8:00 AM ? 5:00 PM * Thursdays: 12:00 PM ? 8:00 PM * Fridays: 8:00 AM ? 5:00 PM * One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM ? 2:00 PM _Additional days may be available upon request._ *Key Responsibilities* The successful candidate will be responsible for: * Providing a range of general dental treatments, including restorations, extractions, root canals, and oral hygiene procedures * Performing emergency dental procedures as needed * Providing clinical oversight to multiple Hygienists Join our team and contribute to creating healthy smiles in a supportive environment!
