With your expertise and leadership, you will play a key role in a company that values ????the well-being of its teams and is committed to their ongoing training.<br><br>Competitive base salary with an annual bonus of up to 25%.<br>Hybrid work mode (3 days in person).<br>Complete benefits program.<br>Group retirement plan (RRSP).<br>3 to 4 weeks of vacation.<br>Opportunity for development and progression within the company.<br>Location: Montreal <br> Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the strategic members of the team, you will be responsible for:<ul><li>Developing and implementing pricing strategies in partnership with management to optimize the profitability of the various product lines.</li><li>Analyzing existing rates and providing the necessary information to adjust strategies to the Quebec market, while respecting the company?s objectives.</li><li>Managing and reviewing improvement programs to ensure that target margins on sales are met or exceeded.</li><li>Evaluate data to optimize margins by supplier, price list and customer, targeting expected returns for each branch and product sold in Quebec.</li><li>Provide leadership in pricing by adopting a proactive approach and promoting continuous improvement in this key department.</li><li>Check invoices daily to identify potential pricing and margin anomalies and ask necessary questions.</li><li>Analyze the sales team?s pricing review requests, taking into account the impact on margin, potential volume and competitive pricing.</li><li>Strengthen the effectiveness of the pricing strategy and sales profitability using tools and reports that enable decision-makers to maximize their results.</li><li>Contribute to training managers to make optimal use of the pricing reports provided.</li><li>Assist sales teams in optimizing growth opportunities and resolving pricing issues.</li><li>Supervise a small team and ensure the accuracy of rates in the ERP system.</li></ul>- LocationMontréal, QC
