*Executive Assistant *
We are seeking an ideal candidate who will provide a broad range of administrative support functions to the CEO and VP of Revenue and Business Development. The EA will act as a primary point person to coordinate schedules, correspondence, travel, and internal communications as needed. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual with meticulous attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills and a penchant for working independently with minimal supervision. This role requires a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
*Your Duties:*
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and VP of Revenue and Business Development, including calendar management, meeting coordination, screen & prioritize email
* Handle information with an extremely high degree of sensitivity and confidentiality
* Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings, including invitations, agendas, materials, meeting rooms, technical requirements, catering, etc.
* Plan and coordinate all travel arrangements
* Manage action items and follow-ups
* Review, update, edit and format a variety of reports, and presentations
* Accurately enter and manage data and records within the company CRM system
* Prepare and produce correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents, as required
* Manage company events and ticket packages, including assignment and distribution of tickets
* Oversee the organization, preparation and distribution of content for board meetings, as well as attend and take minutes as required
* Provide administrative support to executive management as required
* Perform other duties as assigned
*Your skills:*
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role directly supporting senior executives or related experience
* Post-secondary degree or diploma in Administration or Business Management certification
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook) and experience using CRM software or systems
* Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to shift priorities and multitask
* Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal
* Open to continuous learning environment that encourages professional growth and performance excellence
* Experience working with highly confidential information
Remuneration is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
