We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Office Assistant to join our growing team. This role involves a variety of tasks, including cold calling, administrative duties, and client support.
*Duties*
* *Cold Calling:* Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.
* *Client Support:* Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
* *Organization:* Maintain a well-organized workspace and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* *Communication:* Communicate effectively with team members and clients, both verbally and in writing.
* Handle various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
* Operate office equipment such as phone systems, computers, and printers efficiently.
* Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
* Assist in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Provide customer support by addressing client needs and resolving issues effectively.
* Maintain organized filing systems and manage documentation for easy retrieval.
*Skills*
* *Strong verbal and written communication skills in English*
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* *Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.*
* Proficient in computer systems and software applications relevant to office management.
* Experience in customer support roles, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
* Attention to detail in data entry and proofreading tasks is essential.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
