Cambridge Label has an immediate opening for an Inside Customer Service Representative. This is a permanent full-time day on-site position with benefits. If you?re looking to work in a fast-paced and growing company, and enjoy a team atmosphere, this is the workplace for you! *Responsibilities Include:* * Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their requests * Respond to customer emails in a helpful and timely manner * Prepare quotations for customers using our internal software program * Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions; follow up to ensure resolution *Requirements:* * High school diploma * Excellent communication skills * Strong phone skills and active listening * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively * Basic knowledge of fractions and decimals *About Our Company:* Founded in 1998, Cambridge Label is Canada's largest trade label supplier of printed labels.
