Job title: HR Data Analyst Job Location: Montreal, QC MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES The scope of work covers below main activities Business Intelligence and analytics Maintain standardized People Analytics dashboards, metrics, KPIs and reports using Power BI and PeopleSoft queries. Provide summary level and detailed reports incrementally and on an ad-hoc basis; examples include overtime reports, time-off management, headcount reports, payroll reports Support the day-to-day HR Analytic needs for our stakeholders Implement best in class data processes, data management and data quality controls. Use data as a driver to provide the business with insights Identify and use multiple data sources, analyze and present results interpret data and derives significant patterns- LocationMontréal, QC
