*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients with various physical conditions. This role requires a strong focus on patient care, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Experience in pediatrics and acute care settings is highly desirable. *Responsibilities* * Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations. * Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals. * Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to promote recovery and rehabilitation. * Educate patients and their families on treatment options, exercises, and self-management strategies. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting progress and outcomes. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. * Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy practices and medical terminology. * Provide support in hospital settings as required, particularly in acute care scenarios. *Requirements* * Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited Canadian institution. * Registered and in good standing with Ontario College of Physiotherapy. * Valid physiotherapy license to practice in Ontario. * Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to physiotherapy. * Experience in the industry is preferred but not mandatory. * Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating independence when necessary. * Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying informed about industry best practices.
