We are looking to hire 2nd, 3rd or 4th year apprentice plumbers/gasfitters to join our team to learn and grow with us. We aim to balance the needs of our clients, our team members, and the company as guided by our Core Values: Integrity, Exceeding Expectations, Innovation, Development, Community, and Fun. *Job description* * Troubleshoot, diagnose, install, repair and maintain plumbing equipment and systems in both commercial and residential settings. * Clean drains and sewer lines using auguring and in-line camera equipment. * Perform minor to complex service work on plumbing systems. * Install and maintain gas meters, regulators and gas lines. * Install, maintain and service gas heating units and their components, such as burners, valves and automatic controls. * Test and adjust control mechanisms and check pipes and piping connections for gas leaks. * Interpret blueprints, drawings and job specifications. * Identify and order proper materials and quantities for projects. * Maintain company vehicle and equipment. * Be a part of the on-call rotation. * Be able to handle the physical requirements of the job: heavy lifting, climbing ladders, working in crawlspaces, etc. * Prepare customer invoices. * Collect customer payments onsite, when applicable. * Maintain a positive working relationship with all customers.
