Our mission is to help homeowners reduce their energy costs while contributing to a greener future, all while providing exceptional customer service. *Job Description:* Are you a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service? Join our team as an *in office Sales Representative*! In this role, you?ll connect with potential customers, present innovative energy-saving solutions, and guide them through a seamless sales process from start to finish. *Duties* * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth. * Present energy savings plans to clients over the phone, highlighting their benefits and features. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience over the phone. * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with our products and services post-installation. *Qualifications:* * Proven experience in inside sales or a similar customer-facing role. * Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. * Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot experience is a plus). * A proactive, positive attitude with a strong customer-focused mindset. *What We Offer:* * Competitive compensation package significantly above market rate. * Comprehensive training and continuous professional development opportunities. * Clear pathways for career growth within a supportive, collaborative environment. * Health and wellness benefits to ensure a work-life balance.
