We are hiring for Business Transformation Consultant with one of our clients based in Ottawa, ON. Location: Ottawa, ON Duration: 12 Months Tasks may include but are not limited to the following: Analysis and development of "critical success factors"; Analysis and development of requirements design, process development, process mapping and training; participate in change impact Analysis and change management activities; prioritize change requests; assess change requests impacts and accept or reject changes; develop, facilitate, and deliver training curriculum; create presentations and present to various Stakeholders, and facilitate meetings and discussions; document using Canada's appropriate information repository; and change in production and /deployment release processes. Required Certifications: • Prosci Certified- LocationOttawa, ON
