*Job Description*
In this position you will perform the day-to-day office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency, including:
* Reception and all customer service-related activities such as answering and directing telephone, facsimile, email and courier traffic.
* Identify customer needs.
* Sales order entry.
* Internal sales activities, including the creation of shipping documentation.
* Communicate with customers and suppliers.
* Provide execute assistance to the owners of the company.
* Set up administrative procedures and office systems.
* Maintain high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.
* Maintain accurate records.
* Purchase and maintain stock of office supplies.
* Generate ana analyze detailed customer reports.
* Assist and support the introduction of new customers and products.
* Additional responsibilities, as required.
*Minimum Qualifications*
* Must be proficient in the English language, both verbal & written communication skills.
* Post-secondary education ? preferably in business, or equivalent experience.
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Demonstrated flexibility to adapt and adjust your day to assist customers in this fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills.
* Experience using accounting software like Quickbooks or Simply Accounting.
* Ability to work successfully as part of a team while also delivering independent results.
* Ability to develop excellent customer relationships is key!

* Salary ranging from 35,000-45,000 annually.
* TDG and WHMIS training as well as on the job training.
