We are committed to the health and safety of our staff, customers, and the wider community.* Responsibilities: * Assemble, fit and install mechanical components with the use of hand and power tools. * Assist with assembling industrial regulators. * Ensure proper torque and accuracy during assembly. * Read and interpret blueprints, drawing, & schematics. * Assist with shipping & receiving of industrial controls. * Some moderate to heavy lifting * Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse. * Assist other departments when required. * Ensure safety rules and regulations are followed and PPE is worn. Qualifications: * Fluent in English (both written and verbal). * Basic computer skills. * Detail oriented and organized with strong time management skills. * Ability to lift up to 50lbs. * Works well independently as well as in a team setting. * Good mechanical aptitude. * Experience with use of air tools, impact wrenches, die grinders, electrical drills, torque equipment and general labour. * Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and safety procedures. * AutoCAD an asset. * Schedule 40 piping assembly experience and asset. * Electrical knowledge an asset. * Electric forklift license an asset but not required. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $19.00-$26.00 per hour Additional pay: * Overtime pay Benefits: * Casual dress * Dental care * Extended health care * On-site parking * Paid time off Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person- LocationMississauga, ON
