La Boutique Boréale (Boutique of Galerie Images Boreales) is currently seeking an assistant manager to join their team and work along side their team and manager. We are looking for someone who has the following: * Experience in sales in a retail/direct to consumer environment; 3 years minimum * Passionate about customer service * Dynamic and very good communicator; * Leadership; leading the team by example * Good management of priorities * Available to work on weekends Benefits: * Insurence paid by employer * 5 paid sick days * 6% paid vacation \*\*Salary range includes base salary & bonus structure including monthly & annual bonuses Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Bonus pay Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance * Paid time off * Store discount * Vision care Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Every Weekend * Holidays Experience: * Retail sales: 4 years (required) Language: * English (required) * French (required) Work Location: In person- LocationMontréal, QC
