Provide expert advice to potential customers considering products and support existing customers with questions or issues. * *Sales Management:* Handle quotes, follow-ups, and sales leads with precision using CRM software. Build strong, lasting relationships with clients. * *Technical Problem-Solving: *Investigate customer issues to initiate product improvements and conduct warranty investigations. Provide insights to continually enhance offerings. * *Process Improvement:* Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales processes.
