*Overview* We are seeking a passionate and skilled Dance Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dance and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching. This role involves educating students of various ages and skill levels, fostering a love for dance, and creating a positive learning environment. The Dance Instructor will play a crucial role in developing students' technical skills, creativity, and confidence. *Duties* * Educate students in various dance styles, including but not limited to ballet, jazz, hip-hop, and contemporary. * Develop lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students, ensuring an engaging and effective learning experience. * Conduct classes in a safe and supportive environment while encouraging creativity and self-expression. * Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their technique and performance. * Organize and participate in recitals, showcases, or competitions as needed. * Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning. * Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and any concerns. *Experience* * Previous experience in dance instruction is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for teaching is essential. * Background in early childhood education or experience working with children is highly desirable. * Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of all ages. * Experience in tutoring or mentoring can be beneficial for this role. * A passion for dance and the ability to inspire others through movement.
