Assistant Manager Position The Butcher and The Baker, Stratford Candidate needs to show flexibility by adapting to changing needs in the store. A willingness to learn new techniques and duties. Self starter can pick up task easily and work independently and as part of a team. Reliable and timely with good organization and time management skills. Friendly and motivated to make good customer service a top priority. Ability to use social media to promote the store. Understanding of the products we sell and the industry that we work in. Ability to effectively communicate expectation and safety to staff and develop staff through training and mentoring. Good written and verbal communication. Basic computer skills-Microsoft word, e-mail and excel. Enjoy working as part of a dynamic team. Safe food handling preferred. Ability to lift 25 pounds.
