*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Bilingual candidates fluent in both English and Spanish are highly encouraged to apply. *Responsibilities* * Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via phone, email, and chat. * Utilize upselling techniques to promote products and services that meet customer needs. * Analyze customer feedback and data to improve service quality and efficiency. * Perform data entry tasks accurately while maintaining customer records. * Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling high volumes of calls. * Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction. *Experience* * Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. * Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus, enhancing your ability to serve a diverse clientele. * Familiarity with sales techniques and upselling strategies is advantageous. * Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills is necessary for effective performance.
