*Sales Associate (Part-Time, Seasonal) - Iris Galerie* Iris Galerie is experiencing rapid growth, with over 170 galleries worldwide and an expansion plan for continued international deployment. We offer our customers a unique and unforgettable experience: transforming their eye into a stunning work of art using advanced photography and printing technology. Each iris is one-of-a-kind, and we bring out the beauty of every eye, allowing customers to create their own 100% personalized and absolutely unique art piece. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Associate to represent Iris Galerie during the Winter Village at the Distillery District. This role will connect you with our customers in a meaningful and impactful way, sharing the magic of our products in one of Toronto?s most festive and vibrant settings. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our mission, excited to share the artistry of our offerings, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively promote the unique experience we provide. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, driving sales, and creating memorable experiences for our customers. *Responsibilities* - Showcase the distinctive features and benefits of our iris photography. - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to deliver outstanding service. - Communicate effectively with potential customers to understand their preferences and provide tailored solutions. - Use public speaking skills to confidently present information about our products to large groups. - Gather customer feedback and reviews. - Maintain thorough product knowledge to answer questions and inspire interest. - Opening, Closing, handling transactions *Requirements* - Previous experience in customer service is preferred. - Strong sales skills with the ability to engage with customers. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in public speaking. - Bilingual candidates are highly valued to connect with our diverse customer base. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Comfortable working outside at our Winter Village booth in the Distillery District. - Flexible availability, to work weekends and evenings as needed (5 to 8-hour shifts).
