*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional skincare treatments and services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment. Your expertise in various esthetic services will enhance the overall guest experience and contribute to their satisfaction and loyalty. *Responsibilities* * Perform a variety of skincare services including Facials, Threading, and Waxing. * Analyze clients' skin to determine the best treatments. * Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations. * Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products and services. * Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly. * Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments. * Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience. * Foster a warm and inviting atmosphere through excellent hospitality skills. * Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest services. *Requirements* * Valid esthetician license in accordance with state regulations. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with clients. * Experience in performing various esthetic services including body waxing, threading, facials and bikini waxing. * Minimum 1 yea of experience is required. * Ability to demonstrate products effectively to clients. * Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. * Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. * Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role is a plus.
