This opportunity is available immediately. Qualifications: To be considered, candidates must be eligible for registration and licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Newfoundland and Labrador; the criteria for licensure are outlined on the CPSNL website (www.cpsnl.ca)Additionally, the successful candidate must satisfy credentialing requirements of Labrador-Grenfell Zone.Earned Medical DegreeWork experience is an assetA satisfactory record of work performance and attendanceA satisfactory Certificate of Conduct from the RCMP or local police authority Duties: (Included but not limited to) Your primary duties are to provide full scope of practice which includes obstetrics, emergency medicine and family medicine at the facility.The successful candidate must demonstrate an awareness of and be responsible for promoting and supporting person-and family-centered care.Coverage of on call commitments, including weekends and holidays.The successful candidate will work as a part of a Team of physicians and nurses to provide the required services identified above.
