North Country Cycle & Sports is currently seeking a full time sales representative to join our team. *Main Responsibilities:* * Greet customers to the dealership * Answer phone calls and emails in regards to inquiries. * Enhance the customer experience and advance sales process by demonstrating the unit's features. * Assist customers in the completion of their purchase. * Coordinate appointments and deliveries. * Track progress and follow up with prospects using CRM * Follow a sales process and meet and exceed goals set in place by sales manager. * Maintain a positive working relationship with all employees. * Assist management in ensuring the inventory is merchandised correctly to maximize sales * Any duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the sales department and dealership as a whole. *Required Qualifications:* * Sales experience is preferred. * Knowledge or passion of marine and powersports. * Ability to work in an energizing environment. * Driven, competitive and possesses a strong work ethic * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Excellent computer skills * Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers. *Salary:* Hourly plus commission Benefits Only successful candidates will be contacted Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00-$100,000.00 per year Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Application question(s): * What are you interests and hobbies?
