Tasks

  • Coordinate subcontractors activities
  • Evaluate daily operations

  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information
  • Prepare reports
  • Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing systems
  • Manage difficult situations with customers
  • Answer clients' inquiries and provide information
  • Answer written and oral inquiries
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Help with scheduling and workflow
  • Organize tasks to accomplish the work
