Free on-site parking The Occupational Therapy Assistant, assists in direct client care through implementation of Occupational Therapy programs for clients in outpatient programs; assists in indirect client care by preparing and organizing materials for client care; assists in providing departmental support by organizing and maintaining supplies; documents involvement in client care; maintains statistical data; maintains communication with all relevant staff members regarding client care and program business; supports departmental/Centre efforts in Quality Improvement Program activities; participates in education, orientation and public relations, as required; maintains a safe work environment and performs other related duties, as assigned. EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS: Preferred: Graduate of a recognized OTA program and preferably have experience working with children with special needs.
