JOB DESCRIPTION The Corporation of the City of Orillia has an opening for the full-time position of Accounting Supervisor/Junior Financial Analyst in the Financial Services Division of the Corporate Services Department. DUTIES Oversee and supervise all aspects of Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables including invoicing, collections, payments, appropriate authorizations, internal controls, and timely, accurate processing. Supervise the month-end and year-end process including analysis and review to ensure timely and accurate information. Hire, supervise, train and evaluate staff performance through conducting annual performance reviews; work with employees to correct deficiencies. Assist with maintaining the integrity of information of the financial system, including, general ledger maintenance, subledger reconciliation, fixed assets, etc. Prepare and oversee journal entries, bank reconciliations, HST reporting, PCard- LocationOrillia, ON
