*Job Overview* We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers. In this role, you will assist in various construction tasks, contributing to the successful completion of projects. You will work alongside skilled tradespeople and be an essential part of our construction crew, ensuring that all work is performed safely and efficiently. *Duties* * Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials. * Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. * Support skilled tradespeople in tasks such as framing, roofing, drywall installation, and concrete work. * Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to prevent accidents. * Perform physical labor including lifting heavy objects, digging trenches, and moving materials as needed. * Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project timelines are met. *Experience* * Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required; we welcome entry-level candidates who are eager to learn. * Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. * Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team is essential. * Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. * A commitment to safety practices on the job site is crucial for success in this role.
