*Software Developer* *Location: Toronto, ON* *Position: FULL-TIME - Remote* *Responsibilities/ Qualifications:* * Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field * Familiarity with Agile development methodologies * Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment * Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. C#, Java, JavaScript) and frameworks/systems (e.g. Git, Maven) * Advanced Node.js with knowledge of at least one Node.js backend framework (Express.js, Next.js, Gatsby.js, etc.) * Solid understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (React.js, and at least one component framework such as Material UI, Semantic UI, etc.) * Solid knowledge of Node.js web server tech (pm2, or nodemon, etc.) and/or serveries technologies (AWS Lambda) * Experience (or strong interest) in agile methods such as Scrum/XP, Behavior Driven Development, and Continuous Delivery * Familiar with modern software tools and development methodologies * Experience in C/C++, with knowledge of standard libraries, STL containers and algorithms Experience with multi-process embedded software development on real time or near real time operating systems Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year Education: * Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Language: * English (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationToronto, ON
