We are expanding our operations, and we require an additional customer-focused *Receptionist* to join our dynamic team!
*We are looking for individuals who have:*
? Excellent customer service
? Solid written and verbal communication skills
? Professional attitude and appearance
? Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
*Your duties include:*
? Answering and redirecting phone calls to the appropriate personnel
? Greeting customers and helping them navigate through the dealership
? Supplying customers with refreshments as they wait
? Maintaining office directories
? Financial, administrative and clerical support
? Miscellaneous filing, and other office admin tasks
Having a Receptionist / Front Office Representative experience is an asset but not required - we will train you to be successful in this role! YOU will be a part of an established and very well-driven team that is willing to build your career with College Ford Lincoln.
