Nottawasaga Mechanical of Wasaga Beach has been delivering comfort to the Georgian Triangle area, including *Collingwood, Stayner, Thornbury, Blue Mountains, Midland, Barrie, Caledon, Owen Sound, Meaford, Mulmur,* and everywhere in between as a heating, air conditioning and refrigeration contractor since *1986.* _*Why work for Nottawasaga Mechanical?*_ * Year-Round Work * Competitive Wages * Two Weeks Vacation * Overtime Opportunities * Health, Dental, and Vision Benefits * Company RRSP's * Life Insurance * Generous Tool and Uniform allowances * Training and Education Opportunities * Company vehicle/cell phone _*Who Should Apply?*_ We are in search of a *Lead Residential HVAC Installation Technician *to join our team - Someone who takes pride in what they do and can demonstrate the following: * Outstanding customer service. * Familiarity with furnaces, AC's, boilers, hydronics, geothermal, heat pumps, controls, and air quality. * Consistent, quality installation work. * Knowledge of industry codes, regulations, and best practices. * Critical thinking and problem solving skills. * Accurate, detail-oriented reporting. *Licence requirements:* * 313A or 313D or an experienced apprentice * TSSA Gas Technician 2 (Gas 1 is an asset) * ODP certificate * In good standing with the OCOT/STO * A valid G Driver's License, with a clean abstract _*What you will do:*_ You will be responsible for installing and commissioning custom residntial HVAC systems in retrofit applications and on new construction job sites. Installers are expected to be well rounded and able to plan and execute sheet metal work, gas piping, plumbing, control wiring, electrical work, etc. through the course of each install. You will be responsible for directing one or more junior staff on these jobsites, and assure that your team's work meet the goals and deadlines set by our systems designers and clients. _*More about us:*_ We are the design and installation team behind some of the most sophisticated HVAC systems in the area. *We are seeking the best of the best in order to grow and continue to deliver industry leading solutions to our customers.* We specialize in residential hydronics, geothermal systems, air source heat pumps, forced air heating and cooling, ductless systems, and tankless hot water. Beyond comprehensive installs, we provide general repairs, preventative maintenance, and 24-hour service and support.
