If you?re an experienced competitor, a body mechanics expert, and a dynamic coach, Elemental Ninja could be your next adventure!* *About Us:* At Elemental Ninja, we?re not just a gym?we?re a hub for growth, resilience, and fun, where members of all ages and skill levels come to challenge themselves, develop confidence, and connect with others. We?re looking for a Head Coach who can elevate our Ninja & Obstacle Training Program, helping every participant reach new heights while fostering a supportive, energetic community. *What You?ll Do:* As the Head Coach, you?ll drive the energy, structure, and vision of our program, working hands-on with athletes to cultivate skill, strength, and camaraderie. *Core Responsibilities:* * *Craft Dynamic Curriculums:* Design a progressive training program focused on skill-building, agility, and personal growth, incorporating movement science and safety best practices. * *Lead & Instruct Classes:* Coach participants of all levels?from beginners to seasoned athletes?keeping classes engaging, challenging, and inclusive. * *Mentor & Develop Coaches:* Build a team of knowledgeable, enthusiastic assistant coaches, ensuring high-quality instruction and an encouraging atmosphere. * *Plan & Host Events:* Organize and lead competitions, workshops, and obstacle challenges that offer members the chance to test skills and celebrate achievements. * *Engage the Community:* Actively connect with the local and wider ninja and parkour communities, bringing insight and innovation to our offerings. *About You:* We?re seeking a coach who?s as excited about building our community as they are about ninja training. You?re a skilled competitor with the leadership and knowledge to support athletes at all levels. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Overtime pay Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person Application deadline: 2024-11-23 Expected start date: 2025-01-01- LocationEdmonton, AB
