*Summary* The Sales Representative is accountable to the Director of Sales for effectively growing and managing a specific territory to achieve identified sales targets. You are responsible for visiting client sites, conducting cold calls, and utilizing your networking skills to accomplish corporate objectives. The Incumbent must be able to work independently, efficiently and is responsible for getting their job responsibilities completed accurately and on-time. *Job Responsibilities:* * Manage the entire sales cycle and communicate effectively with team members * Focus on achieving and exceeding individual sales goals * Provide quotations/ bids and follow up as appropriate for each contact * Create SOP's for each new customer and actively support and coordinate the onboarding process between operations and customers * Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients * Monitor results, and prepare status reports regarding sales, and accounts in the pipeline on a monthly basis * Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting * Support any other special projects the Management team might need assistance with * Other duties as assigned *Requirements:* * University or College degree with business/ financial knowledge (preferred) * Must have own vehicle and G License with clean abstract * Good understanding of profit margin and markup on cost * Good grasp of trends in logistics industry * Sound knowledge of sales and marketing tools * Proficiency with Microsoft Office * Ability to keep an ?on-call? schedule with occasional work required after designated working hours, holidays and weekends. * Strong attention to detail * Strong organizational skills * Team player _Danzig Group and its affiliates supports a diverse and inclusive work environment and we will provide reasonable accommodation for qualified individuals in the job application process._ Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $52,000.00 per year Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday Education: * Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Experience: * Sales: 2 years (required) Licence/Certification: * Driving Licence (required) Work Location: On the road- LocationHamilton, ON
