*Role Description*
The detail oriented Administrative Assistant will act as the first point of contact for customers. The incumbent will greet walk-in clients, take payments, and provide information to ensure an excellent customer experience. You will also manage inbound phone calls, answer inquiries, and perform a variety of administrative tasks to support our team.
*Key Responsibilities *
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a welcoming experience for walk-ins.
* Process payments and issue receipts for in-person transactions.
* Answer and direct phone calls, providing information or connecting callers with the appropriate team member.
* Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
* Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
* Support the team with additional administrative duties as required.
* Other duties as assigned by management.
* Travel as required
*Person Specifics and Qualifications *
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* High level of organization and attention to detail
* Ability to handle payments accurately and securely
* Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is an asset
* Proficient in basic office software (ie.Microsoft Office Suite)
* Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and effectively
*Work Environment *

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
