Job details
We are looking for an office clerk for our company.
Job duties include the following:
* Type and proofread estimates, forms and other documents
* Correspond with property management to schedule monthly and annual inspections
* Dispatch calls to technicians
* General administration duties - Answering phones and emails, scanning & filing, order
* Maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
* Prepare monthly and annual fire alarm reports
* Create invoices
* Preparing invoices in Quickbooks
* Typing reports in Word and Excel
Skills - Please note there will be a typing and dictation test prior to hiring.
* Applicants must Canadian citizen
* Attention to detail
* Problem-solver
* Fast-paced environment
* Tight deadlines
* Must have experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
* Must have experience with Quickbooks
* Good verbal and written communication
* Be able to work autonomously
* Experience an asset
