To support our continued growth and meet the increasing demand for quality care, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Medical Director to lead our clinical teams both domestically and internationally. This leadership role requires a seasoned medical professional with the ability to oversee patient care operations, guide clinical staff, and ensure that quality standards and healthcare outcomes are consistently achieved. *Job Overview* We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to lead our medical team and oversee the clinical operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medicine, exceptional leadership abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. As the Medical Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping clinical policies, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization. *Responsibilities* * Provide strategic direction and leadership for all clinical operations. * Oversee the development and implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and protocols. * Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accreditation standards. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient care quality and outcomes. * Conduct regular reviews of clinical performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives. * Mentor and support medical staff in their professional development. * Facilitate communication between medical staff, administration, and other departments. * Participate in recruitment, training, and evaluation of medical personnel. * Stay current with advancements in medical practices and technologies to enhance service delivery. *Qualifications* * Posses a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree, or hold a degree as a Cosmetic Surgeon, Plastic Surgeon, or Dermatologist with a specialization in Trichology from an accredited institution * Board certification in a relevant specialty is preferred. * Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting. * Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality assurance standards, and best practices. * Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. * Strong analytical skills for assessing clinical performance data and implementing improvements. * Commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of industry trends.
