We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing exceptional support in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
*Responsibilities*
* Manage general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and clerical tasks to maintain organized inventory and records.
* Manage accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
* Support veterinary office operations by maintaining patient records and coordinating appointments.
* Assist with phone systems, responding to inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
* Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve office efficiency.
* Prepare reports and presentations as required for management meetings.
*Experience*
* Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential.
* Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
* Experience in a veterinary office setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.25-$26.55 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
