*ANYTIME FITNESS MAPLE Pilates Instructor* *Job Description:* The role of the Pilates Instructor is to lead a group of students through a series of Pilates-based classes in which they will improve their overall physical condition, increase their self-esteem, and learn how to incorporate the benefits of Pilates into their daily lives. The Instructor will be responsible for: * Establishing a strong relationship with each student and encouraging them to learn from their mistakes. * Creating an environment where each student is able to grow both mentally and physically. * Creating a strong community of support around each student and their goals. * Creating a community of support around each class where students can discuss their progress with each other and outside professionals. * Managing the class schedule in a way that allows for flexibility and efficiency while still maintaining quality. * Answering questions and responding quickly to problems before they become problems for the students. * Determining student needs and making adjustments as needed to help the students achieve their goals. * Other duties as assigned. *Requirements:* * *pilates certification* Job Type: Freelance Pay: From $25.00 per hour Flexible language requirement: * French not required Work Location: In person- LocationMaple, ON
